This recipe embraces the aromatics and warmth of the vandotsch speculaas spice mix. The richness and tang of fresh cream cheese, finished with a sweet and sour applebutter is a delightful combination

macerated blackberries and caramelised almonds.
I love a good spice mix, but it is not always easy to find one that packs as much punch as yours does. It taste divine!
